I agree for my child to participate in childrens classes and/or parties held at Urban Circus Studios. I am of the understanding that they may experience some muscle soreness in the days following class, as well as possible bruising and minor skin irritations caused by the apparatus due to the nature of the sport. I am aware in highly extreme circumstances injuries or loss of life may occur. For safety purposes, should my child fail to behave in the manner expected of them, they may be excluded from activities at the discretion of the instructor. By agreeing, I, the parent / guardian affirm I have read and understood, and have answered all questions accurately and to the best of my knowledge. Should further information be required, I will make this available to the instructor.

Our subscriptions require a full 28days notice for cancellation. All subscriptions are paused in August and so no charge shall be made. We are unable to offer catch up sessions if you are unable to attend. In the unlikely event a class is cancelled for reasons such as extreme weather / road issues or instructor illness, you will receive account credit which can be used towards a drop in catch up session over the school holidays or which can be used against our holiday camps / parties / merchandise.
